What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For flock fibers, our standard MOQ is 50 kg per color. However, we are flexible with trial orders — contact us to discuss your needs. For adhesives and color pastes, MOQs start from 5-20 kg.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide small samples for quality evaluation. Shipping costs for samples are usually covered by the buyer, but we'll deduct the sample cost from your first order.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location and shipping method: express (5-10 days), air freight (7-15 days), sea freight (15-30 days to Southeast Asia, 25-40 days to Middle East). We'll recommend the best option for your order size.
Can you match a specific color?
Absolutely. Send us your color sample or Pantone code, and we'll match it. Custom color matching typically adds 3-5 days to production time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal for small orders, and other methods can be discussed. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We handle export clearance in China. Import clearance at your destination is the buyer's responsibility — we'll provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin).
